The Inland Empire Latino Lawyers Association, Inc. (IELLA) is proud to support individuals seeking a second chance. We provide free expungement services to eligible clients across the Inland Empire. Our volunteer attorneys will walk you through the process of clearing your criminal record so you can move forward with greater confidence and opportunity. If you qualify, our staff will prepare your petition for dismissal at no cost.
Who Qualifies for Our Services
Expungement services are available to low-income residents of the Inland Empire with eligible criminal convictions. We are here to help—regardless of your past. We must view your criminal record before determining your eligibility due to restrictions on certain convictions' qualifications to be expunged determined by the state of California.
